Patna Wholesale Mart is a high-volume FMCG distributor running 3 billing counters simultaneously during peak hours (9 AM–12 PM). Each counter raised 150–200 physical challans per shift.
Every month-end, their chartered accountant reconciled challans against the stock register and found ₹40,000–₹80,000 in unexplained cash shortfalls. Billing staff rushing through peak hours made arithmetic errors, skipped GST columns, and issued duplicate challans. GST filing was always 3–5 days late because the data entry team had to manually retype from physical bills - a two-day job every month.
We built a keyboard-only desktop billing interface tuned for speed - a trained operator raises a complete GST-compliant invoice in under 12 seconds. No mouse required. Stock is deducted live as each bill is saved. The system runs entirely offline, since Patna wholesale areas face frequent internet cuts during peak load. Data syncs to the cloud automatically the moment connectivity returns. End-of-day stock reconciliation dropped from a 2-hour manual process to a single button click.
“We came in on a Saturday morning, set up all three billing computers, and ran test invoices with the actual staff before they went home. Monday was the first live billing day - and it went clean.”

We trained billing staff on-site at the godown for 3 days, shadowing their actual workflow - not leaving until the fastest counter operator matched their old paper speed.
